Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to serve your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our home organization and cleaning products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging with all tags
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase (order number/receipt) required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used bathroom cleaning products
  • Cleaning essentials and tools showing signs of use
  • Personal care items that cannot be sanitized

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
  • Details of item(s) for return/exchange (product name, quantity, reason)
  • Your contact information

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Return shipping address
  • Special instructions if applicable

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Include in your return package:

  • Item in original packaging with all tags
  • Copy of return authorization email

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received:

  • We inspect items within 3 business days
  • Approved returns trigger refund/exchange processing
  • You’ll receive email confirmation upon completion

Refund Information

  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after approval
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Information

  • Replacement ships after return approval
  • Standard shipping rates apply for new items
  • Tracking information provided via email

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged/incorrect items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost

International Returns

For customers outside the US (excluding Asia and certain remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees and duties are non-refundable
  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
